Custom Orders
Any options or variances not shown in our on-line catalogue will be considered a custom order.  Please contact me by email and we will discuss your preferences and my production schedule.   Return to Top

Shipping & Return Policy
Most orders will be shipped within 3 working days.  Please let me know that an order is needed by a certain date to avoid any problems.  Custom work will be shipped within an agreed upon time frame. 

If you don't like a piece or received a damaged item, please contact us via email or phone within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange to exchange it.  Email or phone authorization is required for all returns.  Any piece requiring repairs or adjustments should also be authorized by email, mail, or phone.   Return to Top

Wire
14/20 goldfilled wire is made by heat and pressure bonding a layer of gold to a brass core.  Our silver wire is sterling silver.  All pieces can be made in 14kt gold.  Please email for a price quote.   Return to Top

 

Sizing
For sizing rings, please take a trip to your mall jeweler for proper finger sizing.  It is important to take the time to send us your exact measurements when placing an order.  I am happy to have pieces returned for sizing corrections and adjustments, but all shipping fees will be the responsibility for the customer.   Return to Top
